We acknowledge that "success" in ministry is not an attendance number, a large budget or recognition, but rather an expression of how well
we live out our core values in our own individual lives. However, if we are to progress in fulfilling our God-given mission we must have a
vision of what that looks like in the life of our church. While the mission of the Church is solid, static and not open for change, the
vision is a growing flexible understanding of Godʼs specific purpose for our local body here in the Geist region. Our vision is dynamic and
unique to the context and culture which God has placed us. Our vision gives us a clear and compelling picture of what the future ministry of
GCC can and must look like if we are to develop Christ followers. Our vision is divided into our three strategic areas and is guided by
